昨年10月に過去最高体重を記録してから減量を始めて今年の8月に過去最低体重に至るまで約20kgの減量をしました。
最高体重はかなり無理やり増やしてたのでここからは減りやすい状態でしたがつい最近の過去最低の体重は逆に塩抜き水抜きで無理に減らしてる部分もあるのですが、まぁだいたい20kg減ってます。
期間に関しては約10カ月かかってますが、年末年始の飲み会や旅行など特に前半はわりと緩々やってこの結果なのでまだ2~3ヵ月は早く痩せられたと思いますがあまり早くしてストレス抱えたり筋量も減らしたくないのでこんなもんです。

そもそもここまで増やす必要もありませんでしたが、一度増やしてみようと思っての実験でかなり頑張って増やしました。
でも基本ジャンクフードはそれほど食べずわりとクリーンにやったつもりです。
今改めて見ると両極端でどっちもどっちかなーとは思いますが、やっぱり太ってる方はみっともない　笑
やっぱり絞ってる方がいいですね！
