先日、ボディメイクコースで通われている方（ダイエットも目的の一つ）がしばらく体重が停滞しているということで何とかしたいので、『今から2ヵ月で2kg痩せなかったらダイエットコースに入って本格的にダイエットする』という自分自身に対する気合いの入った賭けをされました。（こちらから促したわけではありません）
するとわずか2週間ほどでスルスルと体重は2kg程落ちました 笑
