パーソナルトレーニングを行うにあたり、ストレッチの重要性は無視できません。身体の柔軟性は怪我の防止やトレーニングの効率化など多岐にわたります。講習会では安全なストレッチの指導法、リスク管理や解剖学など知っておいてそんなことはありません。とてもいい勉強になりました。
