しばらく前ですが某ジムの会員さんと話をしていた時にポテトチップスを食べると言っていてかなりびっくりしました。
そして自分はポテトチップスを一年に1回食べるか食べないかくらいだというと逆にびっくりされました！！笑
どうしてせっかく運動と食事制限の努力をして痩せたのに、そして今も継続して運動してるのにそんな太る食べ物をまた食べるのか？
カロリーを見ないのか。
何で構成されているか栄養成分を見ないのか。
そんなもの見るわけないのである。
自分はカロリーは分かっていても見てしまいます。
そして怖くて食べられなくなる。
こんな安くておいしいものを食べられないなんてかわいそう。そこまでして痩せてどうするの？
言葉のニュアンスからそう言わないまでもそういう声が聞こえてくるようでした。
別にポテトチップスを食べられないわけじゃありません。
美味しいとも思います。
たまに食べたところですぐ太るわけでもないのでその気になればいつでも食べられます。
確かに安くて美味しいものは魅力的です。
でも高くてもヘルシーで美味しいものも世の中にはあります。
安くて美味しいものはたくさん食べてきました。
今はもういい歳なので、どうせ食べるなら少しくらい高くてもヘルシーで美味しいものを食べたいです。
お菓子も手間暇、工夫、お金をかければいくらでも食べられます。
余程の意識がない限り、人の生活習慣なんて2ヵ月やそこらで変わらないものです。
だからこそ運動を継続するんです！
何も考えず好きなものを好きなタイミングで思いのまま好きなだけ食べる。
それも幸せなことだと思います。
ただ何も考えずに食べずに、食べる前にこれは必要なものかもう一度考えてみてはどうでしょうか？
その考えが将来の健康と、美しいスタイルを守ることになります。
PS 自分は訳あってコンテスト当日にだけポテトチップスを罪悪感無しで食べられます！
そのたまに食べるポテトチップスは実はめちゃくちゃ美味しいです 笑
