最近なんですがダイエットより筋肉をつけたいという方がすごく増えました。
以前はダイエットの方が9割以上と圧倒的に多かったのですが、最近は『細いので筋肉をつけたい！』という男性だけじゃなく女性もすごく増えました。逆にダイエットの方は2割程度になったような気がします。
ダイエットに関してはそんなに長く教えることはありませんからね。ある程度の知識を得たらあとはやる気のみです！
何度も言うようにダイエットの基本は食事です。運動ではありません。そのことが少しは浸透してきたのでしょうか。
