写真左は昨年10月頃で約82kg、体脂肪率約15％（人生最大体重）で写真右は2月頃で約72kg、体脂肪率約10％、約4カ月でｰ10kgのダイエットをしています。
そもそもなんでここまで体重が増えたかというと、これはあくまでも筋肉を増やすためにあえてたくさん食べてここまで増やしました。筋肉を増やす過程でどうしてもオーバーカロリーにした方が効率が良く筋肉が付くので頑張りましたが、元々食が太い方ではなく無理やりたくさん食べていたのでけっこう苦しかったです。
なのでそこからの約4カ月のダイエットは年末の忘年会やイベント行事も多々ありながら緩々のダイエットでもこれだけの結果を残せたのは上出来なんではないでしょうか。ほぼ苦はなくむしろ普通の量を食べられることの喜びに満ちていました 笑
さて一応6月のコンテストに向けて減量しているんだけど、あと5％は落とさないとキレもないしどうしようもない！
でも期間はあと3カ月を切りここからは遊び無しで頑張っていかなきゃいけないんだけど、どうしても外せないイベントもありどうかなーって感じです。
あといないとは思いますが、パーソナルトレーナーとしてのしっかりとした知識をもっての食事の増量、減量なので、良い子はただ文字だけ読んで真似しないように！笑
