免疫力

現在、全国に緊急事態宣言が出されており、全国的に外出自粛傾向となっていますが、あまり自宅に引きこもり不安をあおるテレビやインターネットばかり見ていると、「不安」「恐怖」「怒り」「悲しみ」「落ち込む」「パニック」などの陰性感情が多くなり、持続されると私たちの免疫力はダウンしてかえって不健康な状態になり身体の機能が低下して免疫力が下がります。

免疫力が下がると、感染リスクが上がりますし、感染した時に重症化しやすくなります。

外出自粛される方は可能な限り自宅で身体を動かしたり、人が少ない場所や時間を選んで散歩に出かけるなど、活動された方が良いかと思います。自宅で出来るキング･オブ･エクササイズはスクワットです。これにつきます。
免疫力を高めるには、適度な運動、健康的な食事（当店で推奨している食事は免疫力が上がります）、ストレス解消、体を冷やさないことなどいろいろありますが、温を1度上げると代謝が12％、免疫力が30％アップします！逆に間違ったダイエット、例えば単一食品だけを取り入れるダイエットや糖質も全くとらないダイエットなどは免疫力を極端に下げます。
暗いニュースばかり伝えて不安をあおり視聴率を稼ぐテレビに惑わされてばかりいてはいけません。今日はこんな注目記事がありました。『カリフォルニアで抗体検査、予想より遥かに多い罹患率が判明』https://wedge.ismedia.jp/articles/-/19372要はカルフォルニアで抗体検査を実施したところ全人口の2.5％～4.1％の方が感染していて感染確認された数の50倍から80倍の方が感染しているという結果がでたんですが、6割の方が無症状、また子供の8~9割は無症状で致死率は0.2％と、かなり下がるという話です。日本でもＰＣＲ検査より簡単に出来るこの抗体検査を早期に実施するのではないかといわれています。こうなってくるとだいぶ動きやすくなってきますね！健康な方ならマスクと手洗いの徹底だけで今まで通り動き回れそうです。ただ持病のある方、煙草やお酒を毎日飲み、不健康な食事をしているような方は、食生活を含め生活改善をされない限りは、常に命の危険と隣り合わせになるので、自粛を余儀なくされる可能性もあります。

今回のことでやっぱり食事と運動が大切ということがわかりました。

毎年のようにインフルエンザにかかるという方、気を付けてください。ちなみに僕はインフルエンザにかかったことは一度もありません。最近は風邪をひくこともあまりありません。

運動と食事改善で免疫力アップしていきましょう。
