ここ最近コンテスト関連の投稿ばかりでしたが、大会に出てるだけじゃなくお店のこともちゃんと考えてます！
ということで今回はトレーニングマシンを増設したお話です。
パーソナルジムと言っても形態はさまざまでオールインワン（ハーフラックにケーブルとスミスマシンが合体したマシン）のマルチラック1台のみで営業するパーソナルジムが多い中でMONSTER FITNESSではマルチラックのみならず、対象部位に効果的にヒットするマシンを多数導入しております。
トレーニングマシンは大会に行った際等、東京、大阪、名古屋など主要都市に実際に出向いてマシンの体験にも行き自ら選別しております。
下の写真は先日大阪の関西大会に行った日の翌日にアポを取って見学、体験に行った際のものですが綺麗なショールームに数多くのマシンが展示されていました。
最近では、ドイツの老舗トレーニングマシンメーカーGYM80のチェストバタフライマシンや、独特な軌道をとるマルチプルダウンのマシン等、大手ジム等にも置いてない最新型トレーニングマシンを導入。
幅広いトレーニングマシンの導入によって他店との差別化、また初心者の女性からコンテストを目指す男性まで幅広く対応出来るようになりました！
トレーニングマシンは見た感じプロっぽくてこんなの扱えないと思ってしまうかもしれませんが全然そんなことはなくむしろ初心者の方にこそ使ってほしいマシンも多々あり、実際は初心者向けです。
ただトレーニングマシンは各筋肉の対象部位に的確に効かせるように作られているので正しく使えばバーベルやダンベルなどのフリーウエイトよりも簡単に効かせることが出来たりします。
ただどんな高級なマシンも見様見真似ではなかなか扱えないのも事実なのでちゃんとパーソナルジムで習って使うのをお勧めします。
