先週末、ベストボディジャパン長野大会へ出場させていただきました。
モデルジャパン大阪大会から6日後と日程も近く、さらに今回はベストボディジャパン部門ということで体格的にはミドルクラスなのでモデルクラスから1週間弱では増量調整も難しかったのですがたくさん食べて+1kg増にして臨みました。
今回の不安要素はそれ以上に対戦相手でした。出場者全員グランプリ獲得者で山形大会グランプリ、静岡大会グランプリ(2023年.2024年連覇）、長野大会（2022年.2023年連覇）で日本大会4位という層々たるメンバーだったので始まる前から全く自信はありませんでしたが、そんな中グランプリを獲得できたのはとても嬉しかったです！
今シーズンは3回出場して3連勝!! 繋げていきたいですね！
妻も頑張りましたが惜しくも準グランプリでした。
悔しい結果ですが悔しさがより一層成長させることと思います。
今月もう1回出場予定なので楽しみます！
