先日、友人でありMonster Fitnessの初期の頃の卒業生、和希ちゃんの結婚披露宴にお誘いいただきましたのですごく楽しみにして行ってまいりました。
彼女とは約5年前、モンスターフィットネスにダイエット目的でご入会いただいてからのお付き合いになりますが、以来たまにみんなで会食を開きお酒を飲んだり、またデザイナーとして独立している彼女へお仕事のご依頼をしたりといろいろ付き合ってまいりましたが今回、ご結婚されるということで私達夫婦揃ってご招待いただき本当に嬉しい限りでした。
当日式場に到着し座席表を受け取り確認すると自分の名前のところになんと『新婦恩師』の文字が！
嬉しいような、おこがましいような気がしながらも身が引き締まる思いでした。
結婚式が終わり、披露宴の席に着くと座席の名前プレートの裏にメッセージがありました。
『モンスターフィットネスとの出会いがまさかの結婚になるなんて･･･！です。笑 言葉通り筋トレが人生を変えてくれたのかなと･･･！先生たちには感謝してもしきれません。今日は沢山飲んでくださいね！』と書いてありました。
自分の体験から筋トレで人生が変わるとはよく言いましたが、彼女ほど筋トレで人生が変わった人はいないと思います。
ダイエット目的でパーソナルジムMonster Fitnessへ入会し、筋トレが嫌いなところから筋トレ好きになり、そのうち大会に出てみたらどう？となにげなく誘ってみたら出てみたいっ！と意外にもめっちゃ乗り気な返事が！その後もコロナ渦のモチベーション低下を乗り越え大会に出場し優勝含め準優勝など多くの戦績を収め、審査員の資格まで取り、その実力や行動力と積極性をボディビル協会理事長の目に留まりボディビル協会理事就任。
勢いそのままであと一つ足りないピースを埋めるがごとく、ジム内で筋トレ中の自然な出会いで生涯のパートナーに出会い結婚、そして来月には出産まで控えているという、人生一気に駆け上がっていった感じです！
これまで約5年のパーソナルトレーニングで300人以上のクライアントと接して同じように指導してきましたが、彼女ほど筋トレで人生が変わった人はいないと思います。もちろん今までも当パーソナルジムに入会してダイエットに成功し彼氏ができてのちに結婚されたっていう話は何人も聞きましたし、身体が弱くて風邪ばっかりひいていたのに風邪もひかなくなり本当に身体が強くなったとかも聞きましたが、でもここまで筋トレが人生を左右した人は自分たち夫婦以外では彼女が一番だと思います。
